My friend Angela Richter wrote a blog post over at The Better Mom that got picked up by Kirk Cameron at his blog! It’s called “10 Ways to Make Thanksgiving More Meaningful”.
I thought we could use this post as a springboard to talk about Thanksgiving traditions.
We’re starting a new tradition this year that we heard about from Drew Geerts, who sings the theme song for the Familyman Show. The Tuesday before Thanksgiving, his family does a Charlie Brown Thanksgiving dinner! They serve pretzels, popcorn, toast, jelly beans, and ice cream sandwiches. Then, they watch the show A Charlie Brown Thanksgiving. How fun is that?!
